• Our dress code is Black Tie — so we highly encourage everyone to get dressed up and have a bit of fun with it!

For the gents: A tuxedo is highly preferred. However, a dark formal suit paired with a tie is also perfectly acceptable.
For the ladies: A full-length gown or elevated eveningwear is perfect — think timeless, elegant, and just a touch glamorous.

Our lovely bridesmaids will be wearing dusty blue. To help the wedding party stand out, we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing ivory, champagne tones, white-based patterns, and of course, white.

    A little tip:
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, with the reception to follow in a marquee. As much of the day will be spent outside, we recommend block heels or wedges over stilettos, and bringing along a coat or warm jacket in case the winter evening gets chilly.

Dress to impress — we can’t wait to see you all looking your best!

  • Due to capacity constraints, unless we have specifically named your plus one on your invitation, we are unable to accommodate them. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out — we’d be happy to clarify!

  • Although we love your little ones, our wedding day will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows everyone to relax and enjoy the day to the fullest. However, we understand that some of you may be traveling with your children, so we are happy for them to attend our welcome drinks the night before. Thank you for your understanding!

  • The list of recommended stays can be downloaded by clicking here. You can search on Hunter Valley Escapes, Hunter Valley Stays or AirBnB.

  • We feel so blessed to not only have each other, but also our dearest friends and family to make our wedding day truly special.

While we kindly ask for no physical gifts—as we have everything we need for our home—if you’d like to contribute to our future together, a wishing well will be available at the reception.

  • At the end of August, the Wollombi region in the Hunter Valley typically experiences late winter conditions that are cool and crisp. While the days are generally mild and pleasant, evenings can become a little chilly. We recommend bringing a warm coat or jacket to stay comfortable.

  • Redleaf has limited on-site parking. Alternatively, we will be providing a door-to-door pick-up and return shuttle service for those staying in the Wollombi region or surrounding suburbs (see recommended stays here). If you’d like to utilise the shuttle, please let us know when you RSVP.

  • Absolutely — we encourage it! However, we kindly request that guests respect our wish for an “unplugged” ceremony— please keep phones and cameras away (and on silent) during the ceremony, as we’d love for everyone to be fully present with us in that special moment. Our amazing photographers and videographer will be capturing it all, and we’ll be sure to share those memories with everyone afterwards. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to snap away and capture the fun!

  • Yes, we're committed to ensuring that all our guests have a delightful dining experience. Please indicate your dietary restrictions in your RSVP, and we'll do our best to make sure you're catered to accordingly.
